Track and Field/Cross Country/ Road Race Timing and Event Management Price List

*Prices vary depending on the size of the event. After                                   , a representative will contact you to evaluate your specific needs. A quote will be prepared and, if accepted, a service agreement will be required to reserve your date on our calendar.*
Cross Country Meets and Road Races
Includes FAT (Fully Automatic Timing) of all events using a Finish Lynx single Camera System with bib tear system; On-Line Results, Printed Results, Multi-Age Group Scoring available, bib numbers upon request, and finish line/chute management. Running time shown on LED display clock.
Track & Field Meet
Includes FAT (Fully Automatic Timing) of all events using a Finish Lynx single Camera System; On-Line Entries, Live Real-time and On-Line Results, Printed Results, Multi-Age Group Scoring available, hip and bib numbers upon request, and meet day data management. Results shown on scrolling LED display clock.

Large Video Results Display Boards
Our 3ft x 6ft, full color boards are perfect to take your meet to the next level. In addition to showing start lists, running time, and results, these boards can also showcase vendors/sponsor logos and much more.

Track & Field Meet Packets
Envelopes for each team containing bib numbers, pins, meet information, performance list/heat sheets.
$50.00 - $200.00 - depending on size of event

Online and Manual Meet Entries 
For meets using GA Milesplit for registration, we can manage the process for you and cover the expense. Entries can also be entered manually by First Call Timing Staff into Hy-Tek Meet Manager (via fax, email, phone, etc.)
$30.00 - Flat fee for online registration on GA Milesplit
$100.00 - $300.00 - manual entries (depending on size of event)

Meet Director
Coordination and implementation of all aspects of Track & Field Meet. This can include, but is not limited to: pre-event database management, seeding, event day forms/sheets, scheduling of events, coordination with meet announcer, management/coordination of field official personnel, and more. 
Price varies depending on services needed

Hip and Bib Numbers
Hip numbers are required for most races. Bib numbers are optional. You can purchase your own or use ours for a small fee.
$50.00 - Hip numbers
$25.00 - Bib numbers

Clerk Station (with Tent)
A staffed station for athletes to check-in prior to their races, and to receive lane assignments and hip numbers.
$100.00 - $200.00 - depending on size of event

Meet Marshall (with Bull Horn)
To make sure athletes are wearing correct bib numbers, hip numbers, explain the rules of the races, escort athletes to start line.
$100.00 - $200.00 - depending on size of event

A staffed station where meet information is announced (meet schedule, check-in times, results, etc.).
$100.00 per day

Extra Personnel
Results Runner, Starter, Finish line Coordinator, Field Event Officials/ Assistants, etc. USATF-certified personnel can be requested.
$50.00 per person per day

Awards Presentations
Podiums provided for top 3 place winners.
